Valmont Collection Guard monitors Shopify collection configuration for material regressions.

Data processed

The app stores shop installation records, collection identifiers, compact configuration snapshots, product identifiers used for collection membership evidence, scan history, incidents, and operational analytics.

Data not collected

V1 does not request or store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, orders, payment data, or checkout contents.

Purpose

Configuration data is used only for read-only monitoring, incident history, service reliability, billing, and support.

Retention and deletion

Shop-linked application data is deleted on uninstall or Shopify shop-redaction requests.
